Introducing figeno, my visualization software for (epi)genomics🧬🎨. Supports many data types (bigwig, HiC, @nanopore data with base modifications, WGS...) and is easy to use with a GUI. Can visualize multiple regions (e.g. for breakpoints). github.com/CompEpigen/fig…
