A large Danish cohort study (n=903,415) found that occupational exposure to diesel engine exhaust (DEE) significantly raises the risk of first-time AMI, highlighting the need to include AMI in occupational DEE risk assessments when setting exposure limits. academic.oup.com/eurjpc/article…
