North Shields, 1980s, by Sirkka-Liisa Konttinen. Series documenting a dancing school. (via Amber/@SideGallery)
Here's one especially for all the lovers of early Soviet film & photography. Apart from just being a really cool poster design, it showcases the work of Dmitrii Bebabov (1899-1949).

Today's poster is from 1982, 'Nicaragua' by Susan Meiselas. Meiselas' work is notable for its documentation of the Sandinista revolution and its aftermath. She captured powerful and evocative images and documented the complex and often violent period in the country's history.
