Just burned through season 4. It remains utterly sensational. The editing, the shots, the music, the light, the food, the characterisations. I often think about the best single episodes of TV I’ve ever seen, & 3 or 4 are from The Bear. Yet it’s only had 4 seasons. Mesmerising TV.
Spent the last couple of weeks re-watching The Bear, in the main because there are episodes which are almost perfect in their creativity & sound. But also because I think I’d misunderstood season 3. And I had. It’s an absolute masterpiece of television. It’s just beautiful.
