Open source is broken. Corps print money & builders get nothing. This needs to change. Introducing ReOpen, an org I'm building to: - back early-stage builders w/ microgrants, credits, mentorship - build/feature tools that make maintaining and contributing easier - celebrate…

Reality by itself is quiet. It’s how we see it that keeps us on our toes and feel different emotions. We live not in the world as it is, but as it feels to us. And they are two very different things.
People don't remember the facts; they remember the story. So don't tell them what you do, tell them how it will impact them.
Soham also supports open source. Why don't you? Join us at letsreopen.com/join :))
Soon and OSS....
And that’s exactly why open source is so important! The ability to collaborate and share ideas is what truly sets humans apart and open sourcing your project is a great way to do that. Of course, not every project can be open, but when it can be....it’s just a beautiful way to…
The biggest advantage of an open-source arm (@LeRobotHF) was that roboticists didn’t need to start from scratch when designing an arm; they could iterate on top of it. The same goes for an open-source hand design—I’m beyond excited and can’t wait to hack on it!
A lot of times we don't do things because we're worried about what the world would think of us. Guess what, no one cares at all! If they did, they wouldn't just be questioning why you did something but also why you didn't. Do the good stuff you want to do. Every. Single. Day.

When we're stuck between two choices, we just want to pick the one we won't regret. But the truth is, if regret wasn’t possible, it wouldn’t be a hard choice. What makes it real is that either way, we’re giving something up.
You fell in love with the tool. I fell in love with the people it was meant to serve. We are not the same.
I’ve been crying about my MacBook storage, deleting and moving files everyday for 3 months only to realize today that I've been sitting on some random 40+ hours of screen recordings since April 2022😭💻

Someone I was talking to mentioned, "When the cost of information search is high, then brand value becomes powerful." That is so true! When there is so much noise around, trusted names are what we all go after because we know they will save time and reduce risk. You don’t…
Coining a term: Posting Bandwidth It’s your comfort level—and how much thinking it takes—before hitting “post.” Everyone’s bandwidth is different. Some ship daily. Others rarely. Mine’s been low: I only post after a lot of thought. But that also means it’s usually meaningful…
They say, “Do things that leave a mark.” Sure—just don’t chase the mark. Chase the process. In fact, love the process madly. Because even the deepest marks wash away when the rain is hard.
You’re the algorithm that the people around you train, so choose your inputs wisely. These people should - encourage you to do your best - hold you when you fall - remind you who you are - be there for you no matter what So curate your circle like your life depends on it…
We’re really out here living in the “what if” multiverse, except only one version is real, and it’s the one you keep questioning.
You can’t write the whole masterpiece at once — it’s too much, too heavy. And honestly, you don’t even know what it’ll become. But you can write one honest sentence. Then another. Then another. Do that again tomorrow. Just be true to yourself and keep doing it. Every. Single.…

It’s wild how feelings shift based on who you're talking to. One kind word? You feel happy. A moment of doubt? You question everything. Only when you start watching yourself from the outside can you clearly see how the external factors impact your internal thoughts & emotions.
