I like Vilardi's profile from a "I know what my role is" standpoint. Few shots, but most of them are scoring chances, plays with guys who like to have the puck so he doesn't have to do much but get to the netfront, retrieve and make connecting plays in the other two zones.

I thought Byram could be a Shea Theodore-type. High-minute d-man that plays secondary matchups w/ good forwards, but he took a step back the next year and never really got better. He can move but he struggles to be the first on pucks to start breakouts & it's held him back.
