اولویت نخست باید بر تمرکز در داخل ایران و حق انتخاب مردم باشد که نتیجه آن تقویت قوای دفاعی خواهد بود. این نظریه که ارائه می‌دهید، سال‌هاست که سپاه پاسداران و مدافعین رژیم در داخل و خارج برای آن از جان و مال مردم ایران هزینه کرده‌اند و نتیجه‌اش شکست بوده است.
