"Kishimoto don't give a f@ck about Boruto and never planned it" Meanwhile Kishimoto wrote the Boruto movie, 10 chapters spinoff for Sarada, Mitsuki One Shot and literally wrote the entire rough plot concept for the Boruto manga from start to end. Why these people lie so much?
It always be funny to me how Kishimoto doesn't give a fuck about Boruto he never planned it, he never had in mind to make a sequel but Shueisha wanted to milk it and he said yes He is focusing on his new manga and publicly states that Boruto is Ikemoto's manga and not his lmao

Weekly Oricon Top 50 (7/14/25 - 7/20/25) 32. Boruto: Two Blue Vortex #5 (10,301 / 76,566) 3rd Week! Good numbers as always, the only bit of a bummer is that vol 5 got slightly behind vol 1 by just 3k copies (79k), but is basically nothing for a series that sell over 120k 馃憤
"i don鈥檛 see it ending anytime soon" Miura has literally teased the series ending soon in the last anniversary celebration this year 馃ぃ
Blue box is close to becoming the longest running romance series in Weekly Shonen Jump. The record holder goes to Nisekoi with 229 chapters & 25 volumes. Currently Blue Box has 204 i don鈥檛 see it ending anytime soon. Another thing, 5 more chapters & it passes Yuuna.
