Divya Deshmukh is 19 years old and is now the first teenager in 34 years to qualify for the Women’s Candidates Tournament after reaching the final of the FIDE Women’s World Cup. So so proud of this Nagpurkar - huge congratulations and kudos 😊✨❤️
Apart from food aid, it’s so important to support Afghan girls & women in getting basic education and learning vocational skills as well. These are very brave girls fighting to build some sort of a future under the current regime. Pls reach out to Khalyla if you can help.

Agree wholeheartedly. While one is very high in sugar, it is natural-needs to be had in moderation & not by all Any kind of soda is literally a negative value “food” option. It does only harm-has absolutely nothing in it that can benefit the human body Rubbish advice from a doc.
Coke, diet or not, is artificial sweetners with a bunch of preservatives. Any "doctor" who claims it's a healthier option is here trying to create patients. Whether one should have sugarcane depends on their body and general health. But coke is a big no, even a diet one.
Today, the Taliban arrested dozens of women in Kabul for not wearing the full veil - raiding all public spaces. Witnesses say they were moved to unknown locations, with no information shared with families. This follows Wednesday’s arrest of over 100 women.

Thank you, @pikerpress & Sand Pilarski for publishing my poem, Middle Age Woes. I guess I wrote this for my mom who is often in pain caused by varicose veins. It’s also inspired by my perimenopausal journey, that has seen my chronic muscular pain flare up far too often this year
