IN CUSTODY: Chance Haas, 41, Deltona, is charged with sexual battery and lewd or lascivious battery of a victim who reported sexual abuse that began when she was 14 and Haas was in his 30s. An investigation is continuing and additional charges are possible.
Today, while still in custody, Van Moorsel was served on warrants from @SRCSheriff charging him with sexual battery, battery, video voyeurism & unlawful use of a communications device. He's also facing additional C.P. charges from VSO following further examination of his devices.
Remember David Van Moorsel? The Daytona Beach personal trainer arrested earlier this month on more than 100 felony counts including voyeurism and possession of C.P. is now facing additional charges.

Today, VSO deputies & Ormond Beach PD arrested Scott Allen Gardner, 33, for aggravated manslaughter of a child. Gardner is responsible for the death of his son Sebastian (18 mos.), left helpless in a hot truck for 3+ hours while Gardner got a haircut & went drinking at a bar.
