one thing i've learned is that no matter how big a dumpster fire my life is, if i can work on my novel/write for one hour every morning i am untouchable! burn away ;)

been reading a lot of articles about how the "gen z stare" isn't rude and didn't know what the gen z stare was, but this weekend after waiting 10 minutes for a $7 latte I asked the barista for the bathroom code and they just stared at me. I asked again. dead face. no words. odd.
