Two new cases of BTV-3 have been confirmed today. Two cattle were confirmed positive in Herefordshire following a non-negative pre-movement test & one sheep in Oxfordshire was confirmed positive following a report of suspicious clinical signs. #Bluetongue #BattleBluetongue
