I have had the very best of days. Coffee with “Team B” as me and Grandad and step mum and sister are now referring to ourselves with the upcoming arrival of Baby B. And then lunch with 5 old school friends. Blast from the past. It was completely lovely in every way 😊
I appear to be flirting with the father of my 32 year old. son. I’m sure it’s only temporary
You meet all kinds of people on your travels through life. But I am going out for lunch tomorrow with 5 others that have known me for maybe 50 years. So that is nice. I love meeting new people. But I also love the familiarity of reconnecting with my peers.

When I tell some people that I travel solo, they look at me with pity because I don’t have a partner. I look at them with pity because it’s the best thing ever! Anyway, I’m off to Crete again for September (yes all of it) and I don’t fell remotely pitiful. 😉 Living the dream 😊

I don’t post on here (or anywhere else) that often. Maybe nothing to add. Anyway, I do scroll and I see all your posts and you all make me laugh. The world is grim but there is always humour amongst the special people. Curate your time line and all will be sunny 🌞
I’ve had a little interaction with a gentleman. One who lets you go first, opens doors, lifts bags etc. I’m so independent that I can’t remember not being in charge. I didn’t hate it 🫢
I quite often have the tv turned down low in the early morning whilst I’m still half awake. I don’t really know what’s going on. It’s just background noise. Sometimes a guest’s voice breaks through and without even looking, I know immediately who it is. Such is Michael Sheen.
