SWs have organized to access healthcare (Kenya), legislate for labor rights (USA), hold discriminatory employers accountable (NZ), access safer sex supplies (Germany), create safe workplaces (Denmark), identify trafficking victims (Cambodia), maintain access to workplaces (UK)….

In New Zealand, a brothel worker took her boss to an employment tribunal for sexual harassment and won. Under decriminalisation, sex workers are able to use employment law to uphold existing practices of consent and challenge poor conditions.

Further proof that wherever it is implemented, the Nordic Model is purely ideological, with advocates & authorities willingly & knowingly sacrificing sx workers & trafficking survivors in their moral crusade.
