While there are some positive funding items in this budget, I voted "no" because it does not support the vast majority of Ohioans. At every step, the voices of the masses and due process were ignored. This budget represents the interests of the few at the expense of the many.

Last week it was awesome to visit 7 different sites for the Youth Urban Agriculture Initiative partnership with @CentralState87. Urban Farm Managers across Ohio are doing a great job of pouring into their communities and the youth. Pictures at Efinity Harvest & One Day At A Time.

The election this November is truly a monumental moment about whether power is in the hands of citizens or in the hands of politicians. For the State of Ohio, Issue 1 is critically important. This citizen’s led initiative is crucial if we believe in a government by the people.

Majority politicians are petrified of relinquishing control in their districts and will stop at nothing, even the Ohio Constitution, to maintain their power. Citizen's initiatives deserve the respect of elected officials.
