Last night, the Senate did something rarely done in this town—we identified waste, fraud, and abuse, and we voted to cut spending. We showed the American people that their voices are heard, and we're going to get our country back on track.

Democrats are trying to claim our rescissions package will stop emergency alerts being sent out to Americans. Nonsense. Emergency alerts are sent out & funded by FEMA—and will continue to operate as normal. The Left is desperately lying to protect NPR and PBS. It won’t work!
