The winning team, Conlus Crop Science, is developing a biodegradable, residue-free insecticide from plant extracts, safe for people, crops, and the environment. They now receive mentorship, training, and industry access to help implement their solution.

This week, ISF was in Lisbon with our Core PCO, K.I.T. Group Switzerland, for the #WorldSeed2026 site visit 🇵🇹. We met with local partners and suppliers to lay the groundwork for a successful Congress. We look forward to welcoming the global seed sector to Portugal in 2026!

Last week, ISF Secretary General Michael Keller visited Washington D.C. for meetings with @CropLifeIntl, @Better_Seed, and the @WorldBank. Discussions focused on policy consistency to support innovation and ensure that farmers have access to seed choices. #SeedISLife
