Gov. Jay Inslee announced the energy credit at SHA’s new building Sawara, which is part of Seattle City Light’s Exemplary Buildings Program for energy-efficient, healthy and durable housing. SHA resident Moxie and most of SHA's other 19,000 households are eligible for the credit.
