Happy Gilmore 2 didn't know what it was. On one hand it presented a heavy dose of nostalgia, but then on the other hand spent much of it's focus on trying to appeal to the Tik Toc generation style of out of context gags. But the biggest tragedy was wasting Shooter McGavin.
