I haven’t looked for things to do in London for a while (I’ve done all museums and parks) and can’t believe most paying activities are £35-45 per head these days !? How on earth can a family of 4 do any of these !!!?? And the children’s discount is a joke.

I think messages like this need to be handed back down through to the younger folks. If only I had heard these messages repeatedly. It would have saved me a lot of aggravation and foolish quests. This is for men and women. Live and learn!

What was your first act of feminism? As a teen I went around removing calling cards for s*x workers from phone booths (the police told me there was no point as the cards would reappear within hours). Every time I tried to speak up my dad told me to ‘stop that feminist nonsense’…
