We're very happy to announce that we have got down to the last 3 in the category "best use of volunteers" at the Kent charity Awards. we'll find out the winner on 11th Sept 🤞💚

Suicide is the biggest killer of men under 50 and it’s critical that suicide prevention is front and centre of this strategy. We’d encourage everyone to submit evidence to this important consultation.

📣 Did you know: There’s no evidence that starting a conversation with someone who doesn’t seem OK will make things worse. There’s no perfect approach, just do your best. By showing you care and being there, you can make a difference, even if they do not respond right away.

We had the opportunity to deliver an awareness talk to the staff and customers at Otford Builders Merchants this week thanks to a grant from Sevenoaks District Council @SDC_newsdesk. Construction industry workers are a very high risk group for suicide. #Samaritans
