Half of the global tuberculosis burden is in the 56 Commonwealth Countries. I presented today to the Commonwealth Medical Association global meeting in the historic Commonwealth Secretariat building in London an opportunity to end TB in the commonwealth.
ExCITD, new initiative by Asian Development Bank focussed on infectious diseases such as TB. We @StopTB are excited about the potential of this initiative to support scale up new TB diagnostics & ending TB in high TB burden countries in Asia. Was an honour to be on this panel.
