Most important skill set for infielders? Throwing! … Period. All else (hands/feet/range, etc) become irrelevant if you are not an elite thrower. This includes arm strength, BUT EVEN MORE IMPORTANT IS ACCURACY. Problem is… less than 5% of all HS players are elite throwers.…
