Surprise! A sneak peek at the image I'm missing, received during the last pass at 00:02 UTC, with maximum elevation 2 degrees. From AOS to 1.5 deg, with @airspy_com Mini and DP-KE137 @DiamondAntenna without LNA or BPF. I expect to receive it complete tonight.

🛰️NOAA-15 Ch.B (Thermal IR) has been reactivated, following the completion of the AVHRR cleaning process. The instrument relies on both solar and thermal energy measurements and its calibration requires heating or cooling to maintain thermal equilibrium for accurate measurements.
