Feb 13/25: today, transportation services are cancelled in zones 1,2,3 and 4. As a result, schools in those zones are also closed to in-person instruction.
Feb 6/25: as a result of the icy road conditions, transportation in all 4 zones is cancelled today. With transportation services being cancelled, schools are closed to in-person learning. @GEDSB @bhncdsb
A great tool that is made available to our families is the Chipmunk app. The app is free and you can use your parent portal credentials to access a live feed of where your child(ren)'s bus is. More info on the app available at: stsbhn.ca/faqs

Dec5/24: round 2 this week and the same result - our district will be running in all 4 zones today. Similar to yesterday, routes may see some slight delays as drivers adjust to the road and traffic conditions. Please keep an eye on delays before heading to your bus stop.
Dec4/24: first snow event wont pack enough punch to cause a cancellation - all 4 zones are open. Winds will make for a blustery day so dress accordingly. Some delays in service are anticipated as drivers slow to the local road and traffic conditions.

June 26/24 - our services with Voyago and Sharp Bus Lines are impacted this morning by a GPS outage that we are trying to resolve. All routes are running but without the GPS feed, the Chipmunk app wont work - sorry for any inconvenience that this will cause.

Feb 21/24 - the closure of roadways north of Caledonia are going to cause some delays this morning as buses in the area have to detour. Please check the delays page transinfobhn.ca/Alerts to see if your route is impacted (and by how much).
Jan 26/24: Thompson Creek ES will be closed for the day due to a sewer backup. School bus routes will continue to operate as usual in Dunnville to service students from Dunnville Secondary as well at St Michael's.
Jan17/24: the snow squall is forecast to stay south of our district today. As a result, all zones are open. Parts of Houghton and Port Rowan area are experiencing drifting on N/S roads and times of poor visibility. Services in this area will experience delays this morning.
