As we reach the end of another academic year, we want to wish all of our pupils, their families and our staff a goodbye for the summer, and look forward to seeing the majority return on Wednesday September 3rd. To those moving on, we wish you all the blessings in the world.#SSPP
As their time at primary school comes to and end, it is lovely to be finishing the year with our ‘Journey In Love’ unit which allows the children time to reflect on their origins. #SSPP @BrentwoodRC
Speed Strike fundraising is taking place across the school today. Each child is getting their kicks measured and seeing who comes out on top. #SSPP #SpeedStrike @Sporting4S
The Year 6 STEM Week project is seeing them turn old t.shirts into new bags. Tosin has stayed to provide them with support as they cut and sew drawing in skills from their DT textiles Maya Huipils from earlier in the year. #STEM #SSPP
Having returned from their residential, Year 6 have dropped straight into STEM Week. Our visitor, Tosin, works in a STEM career at nuclear power plants. Even better than that, he is a former @Palmer_Catholic pupil! #STEM #SSPP
Even on our last morning it has been a packed time. Breakfast was followed by climbing and now it’s some final games before the journey back home will begin. #Condover2025 #SSPP
The final evening activity saw a split between Mini-Olympics and Aeroball. The Olympics had some traditional events like discus & shot put, and then some lesser known ones such as run 1 way like you’ve won the lottery and 1 way like you’ve lost your ticket! #Condover2025 #SSPP
This picture highlights what happens when you allow a teacher into the laser shooting mix. He came, he saw, he shot every child down like the Terminator. When we play, we don’t mess around. ‘Commander’ has a nice ring to it. I might change my name. #Condover2025 #SSPP
An afternoon spent up in the air with Aerial Trek - which allowed the children to show bravery and a great attitude. This was followed by Conquest - which allowed the children the chance to shoot lasers at each other. #Condover2025 #SSPP
We’ve had four seasons in one day weather wise but a cracking morning shooting each other during Archery Tag and a complete leap of faith with Trapeze. #Condover2025 #SSPP
6 years or more of intensive PE lessons and it comes down to this. A battle drawing on all of those skills which have been taught. That’s right, can you run round the circle, through people’s legs and grab a green bib? #Condover2025 #SSPP
An afternoon of Initiative Exercises (always a corker) and then Laser Maze/Grid of Stones. Weather really held out today despite the forecast being for rain. There is a short gap now and then our evening activity - Wide Games. #Condover2025 #SSPP
