Replace Anthony Mackie with Chris Evans, saying the same lines with the same plot line, and I doubt you'd see much more success. The movie is severely flawed, even if enjoyable for what it is. Evans got the Russo bros and Mackie got the guy who did The Cloverfield Paradox.
