gintama shogun assassination / farewell shinsengumi arc the best back to back arc run in anime, left me speechless. so much plot-twists, insanity and crazy moments and both are some of the greatest arcs in anime i’ve ever watched. gintama is peak fiction. 11/10
gintama shinigami reaper arc these episodes really came out of nowhere and I wasn’t expecting another serious arc so soon but it actually blew me away, even more reveals about gintoki’s past, another character, main villain and introduced all building up to the final few arcs.
