Does anyone need/know anyone that needs custom PCB frames? Some examples of what we make below:
It used to take us 10x as long to drill holes because we had to peck drill. Now we have through-spindle coolant and can go much faster. The drill bit has tiny holes that the coolant shoots through in order to 1) blow the chips away and 2) keep the drill cool from the inside.
This was a fun one to strategize and execute. One of my machinists prepped the stock for me, then I did 3 separate ops in the WEDM, then I passed it back to the machinist to finish off.
Yet another potential customer telling us our prices hold up vs. domestic shops, but sourcing from Asia is still a fraction of the cost. 🫠
We developed a method of machining different SKUs of flat parts (less than 1” x 1.8” x 18”) with the same setup, same tools, same fixture, same material. This should be a huge capacity gain for us 💪 Now we just have to find more customers that need 1” x 1.8” x 18” parts 😅

A project in our pipeline is dead because our customer said Tesla wants to keep production of that part in China 🤔
Anybody looking for a Keyence XM-5000 handheld CMM? 8 months old. I’ll let it go for half what I paid. The machine is great, but not optimal for our exact application. Would love to monetize it to make room for a gantry CMM

We use a wire EDM for some very crucial parts we make, but we don’t use the wire EDM to its fullest extent to make those parts. This could be a HUGE game changer in capital efficiency for us. I’ll take 2 of them.
