Les logements sociaux/à bas prix sont tout à fait possibles et indispensables, aujourd'hui plus que jamais. Il existe une solution non capitaliste au problème du logement : les coopératives d'habitation à but non lucratif.
Les logements décents coûtent très cher à Kinshasa, ne faudrait-il pas que l'État 🇨🇩 fasse une REMONTADA dans ce secteur afin de créer une vraie concurrence aux privés dans l'optique de rendre les prix abordables pour la majorité d'entre nous?
