State workers kicked off our bargaining campaign this past weekend at the State Workers Bargaining Conference. Leaders from every corner of the State convened to boil down what is most important to our members and decide our bargaining priorities for our next contract in 2025.



In 2012, MI home care workers had their collective bargaining rights stripped. Now they are on the brink of winning back their union rights! 💪 Once signed into law, home care workers in MI will be able to organize, have a collective voice, and advocate for better care!
