Yesterday's senseless act of violence in Idaho has shaken our entire firefighting community. We join our fire family to mourn our fallen brothers from Coeur d'Alene Fire & Kootenai Co. Fire & Rescue & our hearts go out to their loved ones as they navigate this unimaginable loss.

Multiple SDFD are currently on scene of a 5 acre vegetation fire in West Clairemont Mesa with a slow rate of spread. Evacuation orders have been issued for homes along 3400 Cowley Way. Please avoid the area.
