Exciting update! So far in 2025, the SCPT Board of Trustees has approved two projects for Site Readiness Funds. The funds will go toward the +/1,400-acre Colleton Mega Site, served by Coastal Electric Co-op & the 101,000 SF Georgetown Spec Building #5, served by @SanteeElectric.
