We have a lot of Ukrainians in my village in Ireland. Had a little girl and mum come in the charity shop I work in today. The little girl had €1 to spend. I was on the till. You wouldn’t believe how many toys, DVDs, books and jewellery you can buy in Ireland for €1.

You know me. You know I love good food. Well I’ve just had my socks knocked off in Pisa. This is in my top 10 meals of all time. Mrs R had a pork and truffle dish and I had a chefs special venison ragu. Both wore absolutely out of this world. And, with a bottle of wine €64 🤷

I have never and will never see a better concert than Andrea Bocelli at the Teatro del Silenzio in the Tuscan hills last night. I’ve even stopped crying now.

Right, we’re in Pisa for the Andrea Bocelli and Placido Domingo open air concert tonight at the Teatro del Silenzio. Just had my absolute favourite pizza for lunch. Marinara. Tomato, garlic, oregano and olive oil. Simple, beautiful. Like myself 🤣 @MarinaPurkiss you jealous? 😀
