FANTASTIC FOUR: FIRST STEPS absolutely rips. gasp-inducing visual effects, a pitch perfect (pitch!!! perfect!!!) cast, and a succinct simple story really put a smile on my face. finally, a marvel movie that for once isn’t interested in one upping the comics 😌

FANTASTIC FOUR was so good I was shocked. And so is Lyvie's rave review of it! Marvel finally did it, they made the first great F4 movie (and maybe one of their best movies?)

I love this review. I agree with all points. But, @brofromanother's aside that Zack Snyder is "the greatest living Klingon filmmaker," is beyond brilliant. I think all versions of Superman probably read better in the original Klingon lol.
