Being a writer is knowing all the proper grammar & punctuation, the syntax, conjugations, the dreaded spelling... but then throwingggg it all out the window when it just doesn't *feel* right.

I mean no disrespect to those books like Dog Man and Cat Kid, I know they are things that often get reluctant readers going. Sparking interest where there was none. Yet. If I have to hear my 6yo read Poop Pooop Poooop Pooooop Poooooop Much longer I'm going to cry.

I write my first draft in Word. I revise it and move it to Google Docs to revise it again. One more round there, and then I move it back to Word.** **THERE IS NO LOGIC FOR MY MADNESS, THIS IS JUST HOW IT WORKS, AND I ASK NO QUESTIONS.

We had some HVAC guys over today to put in a ceiling vent. I wasn't there, but my hubby said the guy left looking up my memoir on his phone. Friends, I think I found my new head of promo...😅🙌🙏
