As Rwanda celebrates 25 years of decentralization, Permanent Secretary @BGakire shared with #EALGF participants the country's journey, highlighting its role in strengthening citizen participation, service delivery, and community-led development.

In his opening remarks, Minister @PatriceMugenzi emphasized on the role of Local gov't in governance,poverty reduction, regional collaboration. “Through coordinated efforts, Local Gov’ts must be empowered to address issues like youth unemployment and climate change effectively.”
