Today at MINAGRI, Hon. Minister @mcbagabe signed an MoU with Browns Plantations Rwanda Ltd and The Wood Foundation Africa to develop tea sites in Kibeho and Munini (@NyaruguruDistr). The new tea factory in Kibeho, is now operational, boosting black tea exports globally.
