Totally agree. If we want a more professional league, clear regulations must be communicated well in advance to allow everyone to prepare properly. We ask clubs to be professional, but they also need support and clarity from the top. Regulations should be clear well many months…
To be honest, I think this is a good regulation, but the timing was not right, with the league starting in less than a month. Perhaps it is better not to change this rule for the next 2–3 years, so clubs have certainty, with regular evaluations of course.
