A lady at my gym said she walks all the races at a 13:00/mi pace so I had to try it on my morning walk... Its not easy! Looks like I found my zone 2 running pace 🫤🙄😂 Will hit the trails later tonight. Happy Saturday!!
My son was out running before me this morning. We did the runners wave as we passed each other on opposite sides of the street 😂👋 Something about that had me smiling and feeling proud haha Happy Thursday y'all ❤️
