Video from the evacuation of American Airlines AA3023 at Denver today. The left main wheels are on fire.
Saw ‘Faces of Death’ (1990’s version) at the cheap seats. Huge line to get in, drunk guy behind us threw up about twenty mins into the movie, we refused to leave & watched the rest with our feet up.
share a piece of movie theater lore about yourself

Enjoy your vaca- I mean, get well soon 😢
Good morning. Few years back, I was at DFW waiting for a flight (busy terminal), gentleman at one of the big electronic charging tables was on speaker phone w/ his bank, volume all the way up. He was attempting to access his bank account and they wanted his social security…
"WHOOPS!!" 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Sent from a friend, don’t know the source or OP, but here’s audio/video of the Oshkosh Cowboy from this week. Glad no one was hurt.
Yikes. Flight in/out
My buddy & I talking about the old man who got lost both going in & out of Oshkosh this week… When I was learning to fly at Double Eagle II in ABQ, there was a Catholic Priest who had his own airplane. He drank Whiskey & maintained it himself…there was a lot of duct-tape doing…
Unfortunately, none of my friends in Wyoming were able to get any pics. So cool, though, and KCPR’s runways would be plenty long to accommodate.
Anyone who was around the Casper/Natrona International Airport on Wednesday afternoon witnessed a rare sight. The only U.S. privately-owned Russian-made MiG-29 flew in for some fuel. tinyurl.com/mt3sy8fy
‘Date Night Full Bull’ is done, moving on to ‘Kentucky Bourbon’. When I first read the label, I thought it said “spoonfed Bison”. Anyways, head over to @BuffaloRon and give his companies products a go, they’re the Buffalos Pajamas, which is a product I think they should sell.

Welp, looks like July isn’t finished with celebrities. Famed jazz artist (and Mega Lo Mart spokesman) Chuck Mangione has passed, I tell you what.

Airshows are a display of power, raw and unrelenting. They serve a vital role in inspiring future pilots, while at the same time showing the public the air superiority, and professionalism, of Americas military. The amazement and amusement of millions shouldn’t be stifled for a…
What do you think of this billboard? We're digging into this new push to ground the Seattle summer tradition and get the Blue Angels out of Seafair! Watch KIRO 7 News at 5:30 and 7pm.
At KBJC (Rocky Mountain Metro) the other day for a few hours. Wasn’t much going on so I snapped a few pics of folks out training or practicing their craft. Please excuse the dirt on my lens. /suboptimal

Good morning! This past Sunday presented the opportunity to get into some wilderness, and the forecast for a clear, moonless night was too good to pass up a chance at some astrophotography. Were it not for an 8am departure the next morning, I’d have stayed all night.

Top notch service. It’s fun when you have to walk 100 yards to the FBO for chocks, then they ask you to return them. Also, “need ice? Just take whatever’s in the ice bin in the freezer…”. 😆 In all fairness the staff were very nice, and I needed my steps.

Sometimes you wind up at a little airport in the middle of nowhere. Their crew car is a former police cruiser, and all I can think of is Elwood Blues, “It's got a cop motor, a 440 cubic inch plant, it's got cop tires, cop suspensions, cop shocks….”

Down in Missourah, today, I met this frenly gentleman in his GyroJalopy (an Orion M24, I think).

During the week of Oshkosh, Chicago Executive (KPWK) will see some traffic to/from the event, especially those who like to circumnavigate Lake Michigan to the south. Here’s a Gulfstream w/ a neat paint job (and funny tail number), and a cool Queen Air in Army livery.

Hey, good morning. The past six days were busy and rather stressful, so posts were limited. Monday was a day full of dodging thunderstorms in the west. For you cloud enthusiasts I did snag this lil fella, who was having a bad hair day. “Cowlick” or “Cloudlick”?

End of July, and there’s still snow up in them thar hills!
