Turns out my new pink gym shorts are see through. Feel like I meed some pattern underwear to wear under them for when I get out of the cold plunge 😂

It’s hard to maintain friendships in yours 40s. Jobs, family, etc. it requires a disportioncate amount of effort with so many quests pulling you in different directions I just remembered I haven’t talked to a good friend this year yet. Was good to catch up.
