What a wonderful turnout! It’s great to see so many members of the local community taking part in activities and learning some key muscle strengthening techniques.
We’re looking forward to welcoming residents to the health information session shortly. Organised by the Town Council and Good Hope Hospital NHS, attendees will discover some valuable tips around falls prevention and how to stay healthier and active for longer.
