When you can't be realistic with the realistic elements of a movie, I'm not going to be immersed in the more surreal things because at that point it is just incoherent nonsense that can choose to change its stakes when it is convenient

There's a moment in the film when cars are crashing into each other and people are running away from a falling building on a bridge and after superman saves one lady, the bridge is completely cleared. People moving faster than flash himself in the DCU.

Since I drew my Superman redesign so many times, I wanted to create some lore for how it was made and where it came from. Sort of combining both the "alien suit" and "made by ma" origins.

And I know that these same people would be the first to use this to make fun of him if he ever did play a villain in the new DCU.

Something odd about the obsession to paint Cavill's Superman as a villain to the pont that people are clamouring to make him a direct antithesis to a superman. Last week, people wanted him to be the guy underneath the ultraman mask and now this.... very odd and weird.
