What a fabulous Dragons Den event we held on Friday with our Year 6s. A huge thank you to Mr Pinder and Fearless Imagineers for inspiring and motivating our children to engage in a career in STEM education and entrepreneurship. We can’t wait to see the final 3D prints in action.

A fabulous performance from our very own Rockingham’s got talent winner Eliza. After sustaining an injury on the day we couldn’t let her leave without one final performance. Simply stunning, Wingfield will be lucky to have you ⭐️

Congratulations to our incredible attendance winners this year, celebrating our Gold, Silver and Bronze achievers. Well done everyone and we can’t wait to support you all next year in teaching this targets. 🏆

Today we say good luck and a farewell to Miss Oxer who will be leaving us this year and Miss Oldham who will be going off to enjoy her maternity leave. A huge thank you for your hard work and commitment good luck to you both we will miss you 💐

What an incredible end to the term with @mrkinmansmusic going out with a bang to some great songs the children have loved this year. We definitely have a love for singing at Rockingham and can’t wait for September 🎤

A wonderful morning seeing our incredible artwork come to life with the beautiful wings. We are so excited for our installation over the summer holiday. A huge thank you Angie we have enjoyed every second and learnt so many new skills. 🐝

Our final week working with Angie before the installation, amazing learning, creativity and inspiration. A huge thank you to Angie and the Children’s Capital of Culture for allowing us to be involved in the visionary commission project. 🎨

We finally finished our end of year awards today celebrating even more winners. A huge congratulations to our children in Early Years and across school. We always have so much to celebrate. ⭐️

What an incredible meet the new teacher evening! Sharing our learning, new classroom and our art exhibition. Recreating ‘Picture This’ and the launch of our portrait exhibition. So much fun had by our parents and children enjoying the gallery 🎨

Celebrate and commemorate the 80th Anniversary at Greasbrough Park, Saturday the 16th of August. Join in the celebrations together as a community.

Year 3 and 4 out in the community, collaboration at its best. Taking care of our environment and what a wonderful way to start the year with a challenge to clean up our environment and spread the word.

REY stay and play, our new children and families had a fabulous morning with their parents and adults. A huge thank you to the staff team for creating a beautiful, safe environment for our children to learn and grow. ❤️

Celebration breakfast winners Foundation 2, we are so proud of everyone for coming to school every morning and enjoying your learning. I am not surprised having such wonderful teachers in your classroom. Thank you parents for your support 🎗️

Today we enjoyed our welcome to f2 forest school picnic. Parents/ carers and  children enjoyed a teddies bear picnic on our foret school. We then enjoyed exploring the equipment. To finish off all the children chose their very own book to take home to share with their loved ones.

A beautiful start to transition with Miss Thompson and Mrs Smith. Mission Possible, combining our thoughts, inspiration and ideas into a beautiful display. Celebrating our similarities and differences we are unique. 🌺
