We haven't even heard the voices of Vector, Silver, Blaze, or even Zavok. Me personally, I think they're just trying to promote the game & characters while also working on adding their voices later. It just wouldn't make sense to also not have voices for some of the mainline cast
It's so weird cause they've stated multiple times that this game has the most voicelines they've ever recorded for the franchise, so why stop for the DLCs, which are mostly all inhouse characters?

No voice lines even for werehog?? What’s the point of buying a dlc characters if they are going to be mute most of the time
Unvoiced characters works in Fortnite because NOBODY is voiced, but when half the roster has voices and the others are just silent, it feels jarring, like they’re shallow husks instead of characters.
