Compass Connecticut! Happy 5 year anniversary! Yesterday Benis and I drove up to Darien CT to celebrate 5 years of Compass Connecticut with our customers and employees. Happy anniversary to all!

Wow! This was great to see. Compass Agent @jennilsluxuryhomes sponsored a car driven by Matteo Nannini at the 2023 INDY NXT by Firestone Grand Prix and won! Congratulations to all and it’s always great to see Compass as #1!

Last night was a special night! I took all of our employees in the Tri-State are who were either promoted, or got a top rated review in the last performance cycle out to dinner in New York. We shared a lot of laughs and some great food.

Yesterday was Take Your Kids to Work Day! At our Compass HQ we hosted a whole day of activities and my son, River, even joined! After a pizza party for lunch we joined a few meetings before heading to the Downtown Brooklyn office for a rooftop Happy Hour. What a great day

Last night I attended the Grand Opening of the Chirag Shah Coaching headquarters in Westport Connecticut with members of our leadership team and over 150 Compass agents from across the country! Chirag has built an incredible business and I’m lucky to call him a friend.

This morning I joined Carl Quintanilla Sara Eisen and David Faber on @CNBC’s Squawk On The Street to talk about how buyers have accepted 6% mortgage rates as the “new normal”. Thank you for having me on set today and looking forward to joining again.
