Cardiovascular disease (CVD) is responsible for 25% of UK premature deaths. Up to 80% of these deaths are preventable. It’s estimated that the burden of CVD costs £29 billion each year. But CVD prevention is not currently being prioritised by government at the scale needed.
Connecting people into vital information and support when they are diagnosed with a health condition is vital. We're proud to be part of the @RichmondGroupOC and to see this important step towards better-connected care.
