Rhodesia had much better services for ALL its citizens than ZANU ever delivered at both local & central government. 1. Clean functional parks 2. Constant power 3. Constant water 4. Well maintained roads 5. Great roads 6. Well stocked supermarkets 7. Low inflation 8. Etc.
Take your litter home. I'm sure you have a bin there. I have never thrown garbage out of the window! I was very disappointed by the litter when I was in Harare!
