Rep. Victoria Spartz
@RepSpartz
Representing Indiana’s 5th Congressional District
Some recent examples of abuses by “nonprofit” hospital cartels, which help Democrats spread lies about Medicaid “cuts” in the Big Beautiful Bill and defraud taxpayers. Stopping fraud and abuse is NOT a cut! Bon Secours cut services “to pay lavish salaries and buy stadium-naming…
We still urgently need to address our fiscal situation, but this bill includes many positive provisions that will help grow our economy & create jobs. I do want to thank @realDonaldTrump & @DrOzCMS for stopping hundreds of billions in Medicaid fraud & abuse by large oligopolies.

Spartz: "Zelenskyy Has Really Created Russia in Ukraine.” Ukrainian-born U.S. Congresswoman @RepSpartz explains that Zelenskyy has “created Russia in Ukraine” by “centralizing power…creating police states…suppressing all opposition.”
My deepest sympathies to the Osborne family. Ozzy was a true pioneer of heavy metal and an enduring symbol of the rebellious, freedom-loving spirit that resonates across our nation and throughout the world. He will be missed.

Energy generation will drive the 21st-century innovation economy. As Texas plans to double its output in the next decade, Indiana must do the same to stay competitive. With premier institutions like Purdue, IN has huge potential in nuclear energy. Thanks to @IBJnews and Sec.…

Honored to join the Kokomo Fire Department in remembering Corporal Glen Kenworthy, a Kokomo native killed in action during the sinking of the USS Indianapolis. On this 80th anniversary, we honor those who made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedoms.

Great speaking at the @ALEC_States Annual Meeting in Indy about the importance of fixing healthcare at the national level, partnering with the states, and the need for states to address three state-specific issues: •Election integrity •Criminal justice •K–12 education.

Great meeting DJ, our country’s youngest Secret Service agent on the House floor today! 🇺🇸

I voted NO on the rule in support of my GOP colleagues who were not allowed by @SpeakerJohnson to propose an amendment to the Senate bill addressing their central bank digital currency concerns Just as I objected to having Queen Nancy & King Kevin I feel the same about King Mike
I just voted NO on the Rule for the GENIUS Act because it does not include a ban on Central Bank Digital Currency and because Speaker Johnson did not allow us to submit amendments to the GENIUS Act. Americans do not want a government-controlled Central Bank Digital Currency.…

.@SenateGOP jammed @HouseGOP, as expected. Now, the House has 2 choices: 1. Improve this bill in Rules and send it back to the Senate, or 2. Don’t waste everyone’s time & just pass it as is. I prefer the first one, but the second will work too. This bill has some good stuff.
I’ll vote for the bill, since we need to make it happen for our economy & there are some good provisions in it. However, I will vote against the rule due to broken commitments by @SpeakerJohnson to his own members. I’m on Plan C now to deal with the looming fiscal catastrophe.
Thank you to the 50 U.S. Senators who voted to pass the One, Big, Beautiful Bill, and to @VP Vance for casting the tie-breaking vote. This legislation cuts waste, fraud, and abuse in Medicaid—allowing us to deliver better care to America’s most vulnerable citizens. I look…
